Elvia & MeToday (and every Monday) is my day off, so Naomi and I are taking some time to use the internet and keep in touch with friends/family/supporters.  This Thursday the FYMs went to four different colonias to try and decide where to do their WOW ministries.  I drove the team going to Estrella and Granjas, so I took advantage of this time and visited a couple people from the church.  I visited Carmen, her daughter Cristina, and granddaughter Elvia (the girl in the picture) in their one room house, and we talked about the trip she was making to visit another daughter who lives on the outskirts of the city.  Carmen is a woman of such great faith!  She spends much time with the Lord in prayer, and because of this she has been able to see different members of her family come to know the Lord.  She is still believing for all her children to become Christians.  Please keep Carmen and the rest of Granjas in your prayers; pray for God’s provision but even more that He would make His love known in this precious colonia.  Thanks & God bless!

For those of you who are curious about my support level I will let you know how it is coming along.  Because of the many one-time gifts I should be fine to stay here the whole year, but I am still looking to build my monthly support team becuase they are the ones who will allow me to stay as long as the Lord calls me to be here, whether that would be a year, two, or more.  If you would like to join me in this please just let me know.  Thank you all!

  3. What a blessing you are to the people of Mexico as you spread the news of Christ and what he can do for all of us.

Tonight I am to speak to the junior high and high school girls as we try to start that Circle again. Emily Nidiffer is the chairman and Kaci Campbell Nidiffer is the sponsor.

This afternoon I go to Emmanuel School to meet with a Spiritual Discipline class. They are telling about their spiritual journeys and it is a joy to participate.
