September 17 Naomi and I arrived in Matamoros, Mexico for another year with Adventures in Missions!  Two days later we picked up the new team of FYMs from the Brownsville Airport and drove them across the Mexican/American border to the church that will be their home for the next nine months.  They all seem excited about getting started with all the ministry and discipleship they will be a part of this year.  Their week at Training Camp in Georgia was a great time of bonding for the team through living in close community and participating in team-building activities. Please pray that God continues to unify the entire team and leadership during this year, as I believe that this is one of the most important aspects of the ministry.  In John 17 Jesus prayed that His followers would be one as He and the Father are one, and that is my prayer for this team as we begin a new year together.  God bless!
